APPLICATION

This series of water meter is turbine principle woltmann type water meter for industrial or irrigation application and used to measure the volume of cold(hot) water passing through the pipeline.

 The register can be rotated more than 360 degree for easily reading in any position.

CONSTRUCTION

The meter mainly consists of a body, a measuring mechanism, a indicator unit, a flange cover, a plastic cover with lid. The flange cover secures the internal parts.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Water flowing through a pipeline drives an inline turbine with the rotation of the turbine transmitted through a magnetic drive to a dry dial counter. Horizontal axis Woltman meter turbine shafts are arranged parallel to the axis of the pipeline. Water volume is mechanically calculated, through the known section area of the pipe and shown on the counter as units.

COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARD

Technical data conforms to ISO 4064:2005 Standard for horizontal /vertical/inclined installation.

The end flange connecting comply with ISO7005-2:1998 Standard.
