the sand producing line usually consists of material feeding system ,sieving system, crushing system, washing system ,transportation system ,electrically control system . the planned output of the machine is generally 50-500t/hr . the machine is widely used in making sand from air-slake rock and mineral tails.

The sand is washed two or three times during producing .with the advantages of high automation ,high efficiency operation cost and big output ,the machine will bring high profit . sometimes , the machine is equipped with magnetic separator to get iron from the material .
