Product introduction 

   Rubber rheometer is a kind of rubber testing instrument which is used to analyze the performance of rubber and control the quality of rubber. Rubber rheometer can provide accurate data for optimize formula of rubber. Besides, it can accurately measure the scorch time ,rheometer time ,sulfide index , the maximum and minimum torque and other parameters.

Product function

   There are two major aspects of the functions of the rubber rheometer: on the one hand, rubber rheometer can be used to conduct various kinds of rubber design, formulation optimization and new product development; on the other hand rubber rheometer can also be used for the control of stability during the production process. The quality testing curve can be displayed in the computer screen through online detection. During the process of practice, rotorless rheometer can reflect the distribution or ingredients in each rubber group and reflect the components influence on the vulcanization process.

    Rubber rheometer can perform the crosslinking rate versus time curve on the vulcanization temperature of the rubber vulcanization plastic material. So it is an important detecting means to determine optimum vulcanization compound formulation and reasonable vulcanization condition.
