1. Hight stiffness - CRBF series cross roller ring has one-piece inner and outer ring, so its stiffness is higher compared to the split type.
2. High running accuracy - Due to high processing technique, crbf rotation accuracy can reach to P2 grade. Besides, with the mounting holes on both inner and outer ring, CRBF108 bearing can be mounted onto the equipment without fixing plate,etc. so the mounting error can be minimized and accuracy are realized.
3. Support combined loads - Rollers of CRBF slewing bearings are placed on the V shape raceway groove, with each other in a cross arrangement. so cylindrical rollers which are in line contact with bearing raceway can take the loads from axial, radial and tilting moment as well.
