 Screen torealise automatic circulation of mould opening&closing,feeding,heating,heat preservation,
vacuuam,cooling,demoulding and releasing;

- This EPS machine adopts special aluminum alloy in machine cavity,high thermal conductivity,good 
extension and long lifetime.

- Mould cavity surface uses Teflon coating make the demoulding easier,improve the product appearance.

- With high efficient vacuum pump device,it has strong penetration force,good viscosity, less Steam
consumption,fast cycle time and low water content which can ensure the EPS foam the inside and outside the same and multiply the productivity.
