Wood Cylinder Engraving Machine with 12 Rotary Axis   

Highlight:   

T-slot table is added above the rotary axes. So when you need to engrave the cylinders, just unscrew and remove the T-slot table. When you need to engrave the plain board or some other rare shaped work piece, just put the rotary axes to the end side and install the T-slot table. Combining two functions together, this machine is quite worthwhile.

Features:

1. 4 axes cnc machine, with 12 rotaries. It can work independently or synchronously, with engraving diameter 125-225mm and maximum working length 1500mm.

2. Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure, which is high temperature annealing and vibrating stress relief, so the lathe body is stabilized and will not be deformed forever.

3. The machine adopts gantry movement (can also be lathe bed movement as required); it can process any kinds of materials freely.

4. Three axes adopt Taiwan Hiwin 30 linear guide rail with high precision.

5. Z axis adopts imported Germany or Taiwan made ball screw, so high precision and long life time using are assured.

6. With scanner or designed photo, it can do any 3D engraving.

7.Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3/Artcam/Castmate/Wentai etc.

8. This machine has the function of re-carving after break point or power failure and it can estimate the processing time.

9. Weihong computer operating system with USB interface and handle.

10.water-cooling system, it can provide good cooling effect while carving flinty materials.

Under CNC Machining, machine tools function through numerical control. A computer program is customized for an object and the machines are programmed with CNC machining language (called G-code) that essentially controls all features like feed rate, coordination, location and speeds.
