Characteristics of Mobile Asphalt Mixng Plant

1 Cold aggregate supply system adopts frequency conversion timing with credible capability,

modularized design will be convenient for transportation.

2 The tilted belt feeding conveyor introduced flow automatically structure which can reduce the

flying dust. Prevent the waste material entering the dryer drum; reduce the heat loss. Avoid jam

in the hot aggregate elevator and the vibrating screen.

3 Outside the drying drum is covered with heat preservation layer, Inside the drying drum fixing

up diversified blades used for lifting aggregate, it should be easy to exchange heat between the

flame and the aggregate, the drying drum is driven by four friction wheels,universal joint,

smoothly and evenly drive. Drying drum is covered with 1mm stainless steel.

4 Bag dust catcher volume is small, mobile type, easy to transport and install. Filter bag is

durable, and can used in any kind of bad situation.

5 Mixer is made from European technology, with synchronizing gear and pneumatic revolving

doo rit driven by double reducer, double shafts contra rotate, which makes the aggregate

rolling-over and convolution, ensure the mixture mixed evenly.

6 Spray asphalt quickly and evenly by pressure, good for shortening the mixing time and

enhancing the output.

7 The screw conveyor outlet installs butterfly valve to control wallop. Filler temporarily storage

silo using high-press air to explode the agglomeration.

8 Box type control cabinet, main electric parts are Siemens or Schneider etc global famous

brand, which has interlock and two-grade protection; the big motor adopt reasonable

voltage-reducing boot-starting; equipped with manual control device for urgency and displayer

for aggregate balance,filler balance and asphalt balance; digital converter for cold aggregate;

imported famous brand touch screen and PLC controller, can operate by automatically,

Semi-automatically and hand control; pre-remain the joint of printer; asphalt will be weighed

by two steps and can inspect asphalt&aggregate ratio for each batch; Control is advanced,

capability is credible, operation is convenient and obvious.
