Ⅱ. The main structure with spec 

1. Wire part

25 m fourdrinier table covered with stainless steel board, air loaded head box made of stainless steel. This part includes 1 pc of  Ф650mm×3750mm×4300mm couch roll, 1 pc of Ф800mm×3750mm×4300mm vacuum roll, and 1 pc of Ф550mm×3750mm×4300mm paper leading roll. 

2. Press part

2 sets of press rolls in large diameter. Top roll: 2 pcs of natural marble roll at Ф1250mm×3750mm×4300mm. Bottom roll: 2 pcs of rubber roll at Ф1250mm×3750mm×4300mm, rubber shore hardness 95℃±2, with pneumatic pressure device, pneumatic felt adjusting device, and electric felt tightening device.  

3. Dryer part

30 pcs of Ф1800mm×3750mm×4300mm alloy dryer cylinder with 30 pcs of blade and dry felt device. The cylinders are placed at 10 +10 + sizing machine + 10. Driving by closed gear box, with lubricant supplying system.  

4. Winding part 

1 set of 3200m horizontal pneumatic winding machine with cylinder Ф1100mm×3750mm×4300mm. With double-roll hard calendaring machine.
