Production introduction

Ditch cover plate uses the steel grating to make the ditch (well) cover, many models can be chosen for different span loading and requirements. It's widely used in different places, such as the municipal roads, landscape facilities, residential quarters, school, stadium, etc. The different specification ditch cover plate surface can hot galvanized, cold galvanized (electronic) or not treatment.

Application

Ditch cover plate is main used in many flat and high-end residential, because the ditch cover plate of concrete floor is crushed frequently, so that we use the steel grating to make the ditch cover plate which will be suit for different loading.

Material and model

Flat steel: Raw material is Q235A or stainless steel, has the type of ordinary flat type, anti-slip serrated type and type I of cross section.

Common specification: 20*5, 25*5, 25*3, 32*5, 32*5, 40*5, 40*3, 50*5, 65* 5, 75*6, 100*8, 100*10

Cross bar: Raw material is Q235A or round steel, twisted square steel, square steel, or six Angle steel of 304 type stainless steel. The twisted square steel is made by wire drawing and twisting, the specification has the 5*5, 6*6, 8*8mm etc.

Choose instructions:

1. The ditch cover flat steel for bearing (support) direction, according to ditch (well) for wide gap flat length L.

2. According to the ditch (well) long for typesetting, conform to the processing module of standard plate wide of 995 mm, live the plate gap of 5 mm.

3. The length of ditch (well) is less than one 1m, a part of size is fixed by modulus.

4. It chooses the steel grating which depends on the requirement of the loading demand.
