    Cutting tooth  scrap form is mainly attrition, alloy head falls off, split and tooth handle broken. Aiming at the above scrap form,tooth body adopts high quality steel 42CrMoA, strength and hardness is higher than similar products. Numerical control lathe processing, light surface, consistent size. Temperature quenching process,surface non-oxidation, part hardness tooth body is 42-45 degrees. Pick alloy around melt cladding have wear-resisting layer, hardness up to 60 degrees. Effectively protect the alloy is not easy to fall off.
