6M EPS automatic moulding machine or 6M EPS foam moulding machine is one important part of EPS foam production line.It main work is to shape the foaming beads to panels that can be cut to different sizes to apply many usages by EPS cutting machine or EPS foam cutting machine.

4. Teflon is used on the surface of the mould chamber,which makes demoulding easier and products smooth appearance.
5. The EPS block moulding machine is equiped with International brand Electricity parts.
6. High pressure fan is adopts on the EPS moulding machine to feed material and cool the panels,which makes the foam panel high speed shaping,low water content and uniform density.
