The product can hydrolysis organic sulfide and adsorb chloride, chlorine, hydrochloric acid gas etc. It can be used in normal and high temperatures with good performance, and is especially suitable for production of hydrolysis catalyst carrier. For example, COS is the main organic sulfide component in chemical feedstock gases (like transformation gas, synthesis gas, water coal gas, urea feedstock gas CO2, and liquefied gas) manufactured by oil, coal, coke. While compound catalysts are usually produced with noble metal and especially sensitive to sulfur. Even micro-sulfur in the raw material is capable to cause catalyst poisoning and deactivation. Nowadays, domestic new-type hydrolysis catalyst can remove clearly all the sulphides like H2O and COS in various kinds of chemical feedstock and liquid hydrocarbon, in order to protect noble metal catalysts.
