PTFE Tape

PTFE tape Is made by using glass fiberas the base cloth,Coating with PTFE emulsion and drying it to form PTFE glass fiber cloth. Further coated with silicone adhesive to produce a high temperature resistant tape.It is widely used in the fields of packing (including thermoplastic, vacuum bagging), compositing, thermoplastic seal, electronic and electric.

 

Application

*the lamination, heating, leveling and demolding of various high temperature rollers.
*Food, medicine and plastic bags are heat sealed
*It can be used for lining and pasting of chutes, hoppers, aviation molds, etc., can also be applied to the rollers of slurry machines, thermoplastic mold release and other industries. It is reusable and easy to replace.

4.Q:Can our private logo/label be printed on the tapes/paper core/packaging?
A:Sure, your own private logo/ label can be printed on the packaging upon your legal authorization, we support OEM&ODM service to our clients' requirement for a long time, you just need to share the design file
5.Q:how long does it take to finish the production and shipment of the order?
A:Normally 5-15 days after we receive the deposit about the order.
6.Q:how about your payment methods?
A:Payment terms: T/T, DP, OA, Paypal, Etc. We can also accept payment by RMB. Different payment terms relate with different price levels. Usually for small amount 30% as deposit, the balance should be paid before shipment. Or 30% as deposit, balance against BL copy.
7.Q:What's your terms of shippment?
A:Generally Shipped by sea(Shanghai port), also we can ship by air express/train.
