Nylon modifier CYD-PR121, to promote the flow , low down processing temperature

Description 

e PA modifier CYD-PR121 is dendritic polymer with many hydroxyl end groups. 

e Molecular weight is around 1500-1700 g/mol. 

e Good stability of heat-resistantance. 

e Powder solid at room temperature. 

Application 

e Dendritic polymer nymodifier CYD-PR121 is a great modifier of polyamide (Nylon) due to its unique structure and physical property. Blends of PA modifier CYD-PR121 with PA6 or PA66 can improve the tensile strength, flexural strength, and fluidity properties. 

e Nylon modifier CYD-PR121 can be used as compatilizer for PA6 with PP, or other nylon, such as PA11, PA1010, improve both compatibility and mechanical properties. 

e Decrease processing temperature of nylon to reduce thermal degradation, save energy and cost. 

e Endow PA6 with excellent low temperature toughness, thereby increase performance of low temperature resistance.

e Improve dispersion of glass fibers, carbon fibers and various inorganic fillers in PA. 

e Nylon modifier CYD-PR121 modified PA can be widely applied, such as automotive and machine parts, electrical and electronic components, instrument shells and other products need to improve impact resistance and strength. 

Usage 

e Blends of nylon modifier CYD-PR121 with PA was dried at 80 ℃in vacuum condition for 12h (Please adjust drying time and temperature according to the material.). 

e Dosage should be adjusted according to requirement and performance during granulation or processing with PA resin, normally obvious improvement can be achieved by dosage of 0.5-2%, super tough and cold resistant nylon will be 1-5%. 

e PA modifier should be mixed uniformly with PA, especially when dosage is small, mixing time can be extended to achieve better performance.

e Next process should be done according to the real condition and production process. 

Storage 

e CYD-CR121 is hygroscopic, should be sealed and stored in a dry place.
