astable Refractories for Teeming Ladle is the new developed series of products in our company and it can be divided into Al2O3-Si02 and Al2O3-SiC-C castables. Al2O3-Si02 castable uses the high quality hard clay and corundum as the main raw materials with excellent high temperature strength, spalling and erosion resistance. The crack phenomenon can be avoided in the using process because the material can produces micro expansion at the high temperature. Al2O3-Si02 castable adapts the high quality mullite, silicon carbide as the raw materials with good hot strength, thermal stability and resistance to alkaline. Especially suitable for the iron ladle, torpedo ladle and mixer furnace which desulfuration and dephosphorization outside of the furnace. This series of products have the features of high construction efficiency and long service life.
