CCR-6800  Fuel Injection Pump Test Equipment

 

1)Full Automatic Control

After installing the to-be-test pump or injector, click " Start" , the bench will automatically adjust each test condition and test such as measuring fuel, generating test reports, judging the qualification, etc.

2 )Automatic Calibration

When testing a new injector, the bench can automatically adjust the parameters of each working condition, collect and save the data, and generate standard data for repairing it, according to electrical characteristics of the new injector.

3) Intelligent Diagnosis

Via adopted intelligent troubleshooting mechanism, the bench can self-test harness connections, DRV blockage, working conditions, etc and prompts users.

4)Multiple Protection

Overheating, overvoltage, and overload protection; tank oil shortage tips; too high rail pressure protection; automatic shutdown as soon as operating room cover is set off; six filters protection; etc.

 

Injector Test

• Equipped with Bosch original imported CP3 pump and high-pressure fuel rail with DRV, can drive 6-cylinder solenoid valve and piezoelectric injector, to carry out injector test under different working conditions
• Can select the number of injector cylinder to carry out automatic measurement cylinder by cylinder;
• Automatic RPM and steering control;
• Automatic adjustment for rail pressure with maximum up to 2000Bar, and minimum within 10Bar;
• Measuring oil amount and generating report automatically.
• After comparing experimental data of hundreds of kinds of injectors with that of reports, it can automatically judge the injector to be tested is good or not.
• All injector drive channels have short circuit protection function.

Pump Test

• Can drive different kinds of high-pressure pumps like Bosch CP1/CP2/CP3, Delphi CRSP, Denso HP3/HP4, Siemens DCP and Denso HP0 pump.
• Automatic RPM and steering control;
• Automatic adjustment for rail pressure with maximum up to 2000Bar, and minimum within 10Bar;
• Measuring oil amount and generating report automatically.
• After comparing experimental data of hundreds of kinds of pump with report, it can automatically judge the pump to be tested is good or not.
• All high pressure pump drive channels have short circuit protection function.

 

EUI/EUP Test(Optional)

• EUI/EUP Module can test hundreds of EUI&EUP, including Bosch, Cummins, Volvo, Caterpillar, Hengyang and Witt, etc. A variety of adapters are included in this module.
• Automatic RPM and steering control;
• Automatic adjustment for driving PW and BOI;
• Measuring oil amount and generating report automatically.
• After comparing experimental data of hundreds of EUI/EUP with report, it can automatically judge the EUI/EUP to be tested is good or not.
• Drive channels have short circuit protection function.
