SJ611 is an fluoride-alkaline-type sintered flux,and its alkalinity is approximately 1.8.

The flux is composed of grey ball grains.Matching with some welding wires such as 1Cr13,2Cr13 and 3Cr13 or welding belts,it may be used in build-up welding of conticaster rolls.It has better high-temperature slag detachability and a good appearance of weld.It posseses the following features:the alloy elements in welding wires have a full transition,and the chemical coposition in welding layers is evenly distributed.Bothe is welding performance and metallurgical property are superior over homemade HJ107 flux.

Cautions

1. The oil soil,moisture,iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint.

2.The welding flux must be baked under 300-350 for 2hours.

3.It should be used in build-up welding with reversed electrode DC.

4.It should be used in welding as per the build-up welding technique required by weldments. Welding layer hardness :hrc48+-2
