 1.Description of plug valve:

         API Plug valves are the indispensable component which connects high-pressure manifold during the work of well cementing and fracturing are being operating in petroleum and mine field, it is also applied to the control of similar high-pressure liquid. The product has the features: compact structure, easy maintenance, small torque, rapid open, labor-saving operation, it is the ideal valve of well cementing and fracturing manifold at present.

        API Plug valve mainly consists of valve body, hand wheel, plunger and other parts.

The outlet and inlet of valve use 1502 union to connect (we can also produce the plug valves with flange connection, thread connection); the seal is attained by the combination of lining, plunger as well as the sealing inserted in encircle of lining.

       The seal by the combination of lining and metallic plunger has the features: high accuracy of combination and reliable sealing.
