Technical performance and feature:

 

1. The test bench is made up of 2 parts: the operation control stand and the clamping device.The clamping device could be submerged into water wholly and could be moved up and down by hydraulic system.

 

2. Used in the performance tests of strength and sealing property of the valves of flanged connection.

 

3. Using the claw to clamp the flange so that the tested valve won't be impacted by external force. Thus it meets the requirement of standard GB/T13927-92, JB/T9092-99 and API598.

 

4. The left and right workbenches could be rotated by 90 degree. And it's convenient to make performance test of valves.

 

5. Testing medium could be chosen between water, air and kerosene. It's up to the customer.

 

6. It has been equipped with high pressure and low pressure water pump and pressurization system. A pass way for air pump will be reserved in advance. Customers should arrange by themselves if they choose air as the medium.

 

7. The medium such as water, oil and so on on the testing bench could be used circularly.

 

8.It's equipped with hydraulic automatic unloadng system. The mode of high pressure and the modeof unloading will be changed automatically in using. It will reduce oil temperature effectively and extend the service life of facility.
