Technical performance and feature:

 

1. Used in the flanged connection of DN 50mm and the below and in the performance tests of welding and the valves of threaded connection.

 

2. There are 2 parts of devices on the operation stand: the clamped claw and the pressure cylinder. The testing parts could be moved up and down when it was put into water. And the clamped claw could be rotated by 90 °. It's especially used in the tests of gas pressure, with convenient operation.

 

3. Testing medium could be chosen between water, air and kerosene. It's up to the customer.

 

4. It has been equipped with high pressure and low pressure water pump and pressurization system. A pass way for air pump will be reserved in advance. Customers should arrange by themselves if they choose air as the medium.

 

5. The medium such as water, oil and so on on the testing bench could be used circularly.

 

6. It's equipped with hydraulic automatic unloadng system. The mode of high pressure and the modeof unloading will be changed automatically in using. It will reduce oil temperature effectively and extend the service life of facility.
