1.Core Material: Whole piece of poplar rather than fragment.

2.Progress: two times hot press rather than one time hot press
 (two times hot press plywood is very flat, smooth and bright). 
In China, there only 4~5 factories use two times hot press and 
among them I can promise our price is the best.

3.Glue: Giga WBP glue all homemade, buy the raw material 
from listed company(Shandong Luxi Chemical Co.,Ltd.). Can control 
the purity of the glue, won't mix the salt or excessive water.

4.Thickness tolerance: +/-0.2 mm (Most of the China 
plywood is +/-0.5 mm)   

5.Quality check: The products will through 8 times
 inspection before they come out the factory. Will 
boil the plywood to inspect the bonding force in 
every procedure step.
