EPS block moulding machine introduction:

1.PSB-Q2000-8000 EPS block moulding machine is dedicated device of producing polystyrene foam panels.The polystyrene material goes through foaming,drying and aging treatment,then the foaming material is fed into mould chamber of the EPS block moulding maching.By foaming to block and vacuum or air cooling to shape,the EPS polystyrene foam panel is pushed out the EPS block moulding machine by compressed air and ejector rod. The EPS block moulding machine sets automatic process of moulding closing,feeding,heating,washing-out,cooling,moulding opening and pushing out products.

7.This EPS block moulding machine adopts big diameter pneumatic butterfly valve to improve products heating speed.

8.EPS automatic vacuum block moulding machine adopts vacuum pump.The vacuum pump has strong penetration with less steam consumption.High vacuum penetration make the foam shaping speed high and foam panels uniform inside and outside.
