Ferrochrome Lignosulfonate
FCLS is a specially prepared thinner and fluid loss control agent used in drilling fluids. It has the characteristics of anti-high temperature and anti-electralytes etc. The product`s all technical index have been already reached SY/T5702-95 quility standard.

Characteristics

With excellent thinning performance and filtration control capacity and powerful anti-electrolytes capacity ,it is suitable to all kinds of muds.

2??Be effective at temperature more than 150~160 ?it can also be used at the temperature above 200?hen cooperated with lignite derivatives and other temperature-resisting chemicals.

FCLS is a good emulsifier for oil in water mud.

Application

FCLS may be added into drilling fluids either in the form of solution or powder ,keep PH between 9.5 ~ 10.5.As a thinner :0.5 ~ 1.0%.As a fluid loss control agent:2.0 ~ 5.0%.
