Usage: It is used to melt plain steel, high-quality carbon steel and kinds of

alloy steel. It's used to scrap steel operation, scrap steel and molten iron charging

operation, scrap and pellet, pre-heating scrap, hot-pressing reduced iron, sponge iron,

etc.

Features:

The primary loop series reactor can improve the system impedance to realize the secondary higher voltage. It operates with long arc and low current. The electric arc is stable and the arc power is high. Various performance indicators approach direct current arc furnace. On-load voltage regulation is adopted during the operation of arc furnace.

The structure of furnace body is frame type water cooling structure. The furnace shells up and down can be taken down. Proportional value is used to control electrode lifting, the rotary of furnace lid and the furnace body tilting. This device is installed with the whole set PLC system and computer control system, computer image monitoring system and neuron network artificial intelligent electrode control adjustment system.
