Simple Production Line:
Step1:
All the materials go from batching plant to the concrete mixer, then the batched material are conveyed to the forming machine by belt conveyor.
Step2:
By vibration, the bricks are made and the pallet feeder sends them to the brick stacking machine.
Step3:
After layers of bricks, the transshipment forktruck sends the brick to the outside field to natural curing.
Automatic Line:
Step1:
All the materials go from batching plant to the concrete mixer, then the batched material are conveyed to the forming machine by belt conveyor.
Step2:
By vibration, the bricks are made and the pallet feeder sends them to the elevator.
Step3:
After 14 layers of bricks, the railcar send the newly-bricks into the maintenance room and bring dry bricks out, then dry bricks are put on lowerator and sent under the cuber by the brick pusher/receiver.
Step4:
Next the cuber carry the bricks to products converyor, when it reached 1.5 meter, the bricks are packed automatically. Meanwhile the pallets are sent to the brick pusher/receiver to the next cycle.
