General Description

ZJK series magneto-electric intelligent flow-meter is taking the technique of magneto-electric digital signal testing; it has the advantages of high vibration resistance, high sensitivity and low power. It can be widely used for vortex-shedding flow measurement in oil, chemical, metallurgy, brewing, printing and dyeing, medical, food environment protection and water supply and drainage industries.

Major Features

① It's designed with dual power supply; it is internally equipped with a 3.6V lithium battery and externally equipped with DC24V power supply, the power of these two kinds can be supplied at the same time.

② It is designed with intelligent integration with a powerful, function, and field display and convenient for users′ reading and for easy modification of parameters.

③ It is for overall signal output with standard two-wire system of 4~20mA output current and for impulse output and RS-485conmmunication (added based on actual needs).

④ It has a good ability of anti-shock and anti-interference.

⑤ The transducer is made with stainless steel for anti-corrosion and it is long usage life without internal movable parts.

⑥ It is low lower-limit flow, with wide measurement range and high measuring precision.

⑦ It can be calibrated in oilfields through a section of plane set on the tubular shell of the flow-meter.

⑧ The vortex generator is dismountable to avoid the abandonment of the whole flow-meter and stop the operation of system, and its cleaning and displacement can be carried out in the field.
