Skid mounted drilling rigs are developed based on investigating and adopting domestic and abroad drilling rigs advantages. Main manufacturing equipment/parts conform to related API specifications
Design features:
1. The main unit skid consists of drawworks, mast, hydraulic winches, diesel engine (or electric motor), hydraulic transmission, auxiliary brake, angle gear box (or combined), rotary table transmission box and hydraulic-pneumatic control system.
2. The whole rig is convenient for transport , the movement of drilling rig need less transport vehicles and short preparation time for assembly & disassembly time.
3. High speed diesel engine and hydraulic transmission technology is adopted, which makes the whole set more compact.
4. The rig can be equipped with AC frequency converter or SCRDCmotor as power unit.
