Function characters of our carton packing preheater machines:

1. The medium uses 500-11--mm preheating cylinder, and the outer facing and triple preheater use 500-1100mm preheating cylinder

2. Two paper lead rollrs  including one fixed and another moving about around the preheating cylinder with adjstment range of 60-220 degree. The preheating cylinder is polished

3. The paper led roller is ground and electroplated on the  surface

4. Internationally advanced energy-saving butterfly seal head, providing full preheating of paper boards and higher use factor of heat efficiency.

5. Steam pressure of 1.1-1.2Mpa

6. Metal hose instead of siphon, solving the problem that siphon is easy to fall off and difficult to control the angle, providing more thorough draining and effectively raising the cylinder body temperature and machine speed

7. The drain system uses straight-way type stainless steel drainage device , providing independent draining, centralized retting and removing bypass design, which can be free of maintenance for the whole service life and with simple structure, saving stop valve and check valve etc, and simplifying installation and maintenance of the return circuit.
