JuLong iron separating machine usually includes material feeding system, sieving system, water supplying system, magnetic separation system, tailing transportation system and iron collecting system. Magnetic separator includes dry-type and wet-type, which can be used to select iron sand including some low-magnetic ore. They are mostal used in sand plant and mining area. Recently, these machinery are widely used in separating iron from sea sand in southeast Asia. The magnetic system is made by high quality ferrit material or rare earth-based magnets. The average intensity of magnetization on the separator drum surface is 1000-5000 gauss. The machine can process material by 1 to 4 levels magnetic separators. The processing capacity can reach 150tons to 200tons and the final iron sand can reach 60%.
