Kingheater incorporates a system of varying power densities throughout theblanket, delivering extra power to the bottom and sides of the pipe.The overlap area has been designed to compensate for the diametervariation giving the same heat profile performance over a range of pipediameters. The use of close tolerance thermostats and extruded siliconespacers (on larger diameters) eliminates the possibility of over temperature or burning of the pipe surface.

All heaters have indelible silicone cured printing on the surface providing pipediameters, voltage requirements and warning information to ensure the operator use our products in a safe and responsible manner.
