The magnetic separating machine is assembled on a bucket chain dredger which can lower the cost and enhance the efficiency. The dredger can dig or suck sand from 10-20m depth underwater and process about 80-100m3 materials per hour. If bigger bucket chain dredger is used , the capacity will reach 200m3/hr . the separation grade of iron sand is more than 60%. JuLong iron separation platform on river or sea is designed to cooperate with bucket chain dredger, jet suction dredger or cutter suction dredger. On the platform, 4 to 12 sets of magnetic separators work at the same time which can process 200-800m3 material per hour.
