Introduction of gold washing scrubber

This plant is combined with grizzly hopper, gold washing scrubber and vibrating screen. The scrubber washing part is length 4 meters, diameter is 1000mm, and this washing screen plant can process capacity of 50 tons per hour. The grizzly hopper has steel bars on the surface of the inlet, can separate the big stones into tailings, to protect the gold washing scrubber without damage by stones. So the gold scrubber can have longer working life. The vibrating screen have two layers, that can separate the ore to three size, the biggest size is go to waste tailings, the middle size ore come to processed by jig machine or gold sluice box, the smallest size is treated by gold concentrator and shaking table.

1.    Drum: For washing clear the clay, the length & diameter can be make according to customer requirements.

2.    Inner plate: for separating the clay and ores, we have different materials for the plates: manganese steel plate which cannot be unload , rubber plate which is can be unload to replace new one, and more wear-resistant and long life.

3.    Screen: for sieving different sizes ores, the screen mesh size and layer quantity, length, diameter and screen material can be made according to customer's needs.

4.    Motor: usually our motor is electric motor, if you need diesel engine motor, we can provide, but it is suitable for small processing capacity.

5.    Frame: supporting the reduction box and motor.

6.    Carrier rollers: for support the drum

7.    Gear, reduction box, coupling.

Working principle & structure ofgold washing scrubber

a.    grizzly hopper with water tubes with holes, the flushing water crushing the solid material to be ore slurry

b.    the grizzly of the hopper keep the big stone away from the washing scrubber

c.    the material is washed in the scrubber part, by the rotate and spiral vane, then the clay and ore material is separated

d.    the ore slurry flow to the vibrating screen, by the action of vibrating and screening, the material are separate into different size

e.    the screen sieve hole can made to different kinds of size, then the size under screen will drop into the outlet and go to the next stage processing.
