A complete set of serial port control input/output system mainly consists of seven parts: JMDM industrial-grade high reliability serial port controller, serial communications, computer with RS232 interface, external inputs device, external output device, power supply. Core component it's our company independent research and development of JMDM industrial-grade high reliability of the photoelectric isolation JMDM - 4 DI16DO serial port controller, which can realize independent control or PC serial port control 4 channels whole photoelectric isolating digital signals input and 16 channels photoelectric isolation all digital signal output.

1).Input and output: the maximum 4 channels input, 16 channels output, according to customer need to customize the input and output points.

4 channels photoelectric isolation digital quantity input, NPN input form, the input current is 10MA, There are two way can interrupt source is used to count; 16 channels photoelectric isolation digital output, among 8 channels for NPN transistor output, the output voltage of 24/12 v, maximum current is under 4 a. Another eight road is PNP transistor output, the output voltage is 24/12V, maximum output current for 4A, the output state can be back to read;

By address coding and RS485 network, a main control computer max can addressing, control 255 controllers, a computer with 255pcs Jingmin dimming controller compose of large remote measurement and control system:controller between host computer and many controllers can be extended through the RS485 bus extend(the longest 1 km), so that the host computer can put away from the controller, realize remote network control.

4. Usage:

4.1 Jingmin upper PC serial port control software instruction:

1) install the software:

Open the sensitive PC monitoring software package, double-click 'setup' to install the software, or simply double-click 'support' in the folder'. Exe' executable file.

2)Choose the serial port number and controller address:

Choose to operate in a serial port selection box serial port (serial port a few in the device manager to view, the computer without serial port need to use turn USB serial port device and installed the driver);

Choose to operate in the controller to select box controller, serial port control 1 controller, choose the controller 1;

3) Detect the state of input and input: the input point detection can see 4 input point inside the dialog box.

4) Control the output point and state: in the output control box can control 16 output points of the output state.

4.2 Upper PC software extended function description

1) Use the serial debugging assistant send string command control I/O:

Customers also don't need use Jingmin uppper PC software, according to the communication protocol by secondary development, or the use of common software such as serial debugging assistant, sends a string to control the I/O; For simple applications using RS232 communication, the computer and the controller is a one-to-one relationship;

2) The maximum communication distance is 10 meters; For complex applications can adopt RS485 communication, the computer and controller is a one-to-many relationship; The maximum communication distance is 1.5 km, each controller can be set different address, one computer or master PLC control can control max 255 controllers.

1) JMDM-4DI16DO using AC 18V or DC 24V power supply, please choose high quality power supply;

2) Pay attention to in strict accordance with the product manuals attached behind the wiring diagram of connected external digital quantity input and output part, controller, power supply connection; Power supply connection should be more strictly, carefully check again and confirmed before connect, otherwise will burn controller or external input/output devices,etc;
