Components:  Alkaline-earth metals and it is chloride,Fluoride,Activity agents.

Appearance:   White powder,Density≤150um

Application:  Use with aluminum brazing filler metals for brazing aluminium and aluminium alloy.Use a hard torch and automation brazing.

Brazing Operation:  Put the flux and the filler metal on the brazing joint,heated together with the work pieces in advance.In the process of manual torch brazing,dip heated wire to be brazed into the flux first and then heat the work-piece to the brazed.Lastly deliver the brazing wire with flux into the joint to be brazed,Avoid to local overheating the brazing wire with flux into the joint to be brazed.Avoid to local overheating the flux and filler metal.

Note:  The corrosive aluminum flux welding slag has a strong corrosive effect on the original metal,so it should be leaned up in time.After the clearance,the important brazing parts should be passivated in the solution of 2%chromic anhydride with 60-80 centigrade.
