Fangding Laminating Glass Machine can process EVA/ New PVB/ TPU laminated glass.

1. We adoptGermanytechnology for heating system and vacuum pump part.

l         We adoptCarbon Fiber Far Infrared Heating Tubeas our heating system. Each layer has heating system to make sure glass heating process evenly. And with this system, heating-up is very fast, only 3-5 seconds for increasing 1℃. Besides, Turbo Blower inner the furnace can ensure hot air circulating. That also can make the inner temperature equal and temperature difference in each area not exceed 2℃.

l         We use Wind-cooling Vacuum Pump. Compared with water-cooling technology, our technology works more stable; and we don't need change oil frequently. In addition, equipped with vacuum buffer tank, even in case of interruption of power supply, the tank can vacuumize continuously to make sure no air come in and high product yield. 

2. PLC control makes processing more easily.

l         We use PLC control to make all program completed automatically. Heating time and temperature can be adjusted according to the glass's thickness and quantity. Besides, working status can be shown on touch screen. With the self-check function, any problem, you could check on the screen and do some adjustment. It is very easy and safe to operate.

l         Anti-thunder stoke system is used in our PLC system.

3. Saves energy and cost.

l         Save more than 50% energy than other similar machine. Only need 0.5kw for processing 1M2 glass.

l         Fully automatichydro pneumaticwork platform, it can be accurately adjusting the height according to each layer automatically. Whole process just needs 2-3 workers, which greatly saves labor cost. Also it makes the processing much easier and safe. 

4. High quality spare parts and reasonable structure design.

l         Silicone bags are made by imported materials with 3mm thick. It can bear high temperature over 180℃. In normal condition, it can be used for 3 years. 

l         Spare parts are imported from famous brand like Simens, Delix, etc.

l         The only one in domestic factory use phenolic foam board for heating keeping system. Insulation layer is 10cm thick. Compared to other factories use asbestos, our machine's heating preservation effect is much better. 

l         4 pieces of anchor volts can be adjusted independently. It is easily adjusted according to the ground conditions.

5.  We have five items of patented technology. 

l         Unique design of double working stations saves a lot of space and time. It makes processing more convenience. 

l         Silicone bags are made by imported materials with 3mm thick. It can stand high temperature of 180℃. In normal condition, it can be used for 3 years.

l         Vacuum nozzle is made by copper with our patented design. It can make sure no air leakage after nozzle removed.

6. High efficiency.

l         Each layer can put glass around 36mm thick. It can make 3 layers of laminated glass in the same silicone bags. Highly improved the capacity.

l         Our laminated glass machine can process 1 furnace with 1-2 hours. And the max processing area is 26-99m2/furnace.

l         We have unique advantage in processing bending laminated glass. There is enough interior space for processing 400mm height arc glass.
