Black annealed wire material is generally composed of Q195 wire rod drawing model into the black iron wire. Raw materials selected go through around 1000° after high temperature calcinations to keep enough time, and then cool at appropriate rate. The purpose is to reduce the hardness and improve cutting machining; eliminate the residual stress, stable size, reduce the deformation and crack tendency; fine grains, adjust, eliminate defects.

Black Annealed Wire material:

Black annealed tie wire is made of high quality iron wire or carbon steel wire, using the national standard low carbon steel wire rod rust by pickling, drawing molding, and high temperature annealing refining.

Black Annealed Wire Characteristics:

Flexible and strong, plasticity is good, wide range of uses .Low cost and economy, easy to handle and install, soften and flexible character continuous coils and uniform diameters, various sizes and packages available upon request, ideal for binding or mesh making.

Coil weight: 25kg,50kg,100kg,200kgin normal coils or as your special request
Packing: in coil, by spool, or can be cut into sizes for binding/bundle; wrapped with PE film inside, outside hessian woven cloth, or can be put on wooden pallet.
