Brief Introduction
PT-20 E1 HDSL Equipment will execute the E1 signal transmission in the local cable or military twisted cable. It adopts G.SHDSL standard. G.SHDSL is one type of symmetrical, multi-rate DSL. It accords with ITU-T standard (G.991.2), and it is the ideal equipment to do the terminal to terminal solution. It has the advantages of rate-adjustment technology and grid coding pulse amplitude modulation (TC-PAM). G.SHDSL selects TC-PAM as its modulation technology, which is fully accepted by the customers because it can save copper cable and be based on multiple standards. Compared with 2B1Q SDSL, TC-PAM frequency spectrum is narrower, and crosstalk interference will be less.
