General Description

The tester used an advanced note-book computer as a master machine in the tester for comprehensive testing of total efficiency of pumping unit. The frequency of stroke used as a circle for accurately measuring parameters of the polished rod load, displacement, length and frequency of stroke rod, the speed torque of motor output shaft, the rotation speed of pulley of reducer box, working level, oil pressure, casing pressure, production and the other parameters. All the tests and calculations are conducted by using Windows interface for easy operation. Open mode of software is used in the instrument and also can be custom-made according to the actual needs of oilfields.

Main functions:

① Test function: frequency of stroke is used as a circle to test real-time indicator diagram curves, the leakage of valves, to check the curves of 3 phase voltage, current, active and reactive powers of motors and the power factors, to test the torque of output shaft, curve of rotation speed, the average velocity of reducer pulley and to test the dynamic liquid level, oil pressure, casing pressure and flow rate as well.

② Calculation Functions: According to the oil industrial standard SY/T5266-1996 <Method for Comprehensive Testing of Mechanical Production System>, the downhole efficiency, efficiency of surface equipment and comprehensive efficiency of the system are calculated.

③ Analysis Functions: Including analysis of pump indicator diagram, calculation of pump efficiency and analysis of rod stress, the analysis of torque curve and its balance, active and reactive powers and the efficiencies of each subsystem and the whole system.

④ Statement Output Functions: Including the outputs of each test curve, the curve of indicator diagram and rod stress of pumps, statement of single well test and analysis and the comprehensive statement of the systematical efficiency.
