General Description
The MD3000D serial three-phase multifunction electric energy detector is high-tech and multi-function electric energy inspection apparatus made by Mind Science and Technology. It is equipped with MD303 three phase programming power source, MD311 three phase multifunction standard meter, MD191 precision time-base source and multifunction electric energy meter inspection software platform of Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier Version, it is controlled and managed by computer, it has the advantages of full inspection items, high detecting precision, good stability, small distortion and high stability level.
The Unit is suitable for checking three phase electronic and electro-mechanical multi-function electric energy meter, multi-fee electric energy meter, advanced charge electric energy meter and common electric energy meter. It can be used for checking the electric energy meters of different measuring principles, including true reaction of three phase and four wires, three phase and three wire true reaction, addition B phase current reaction, reaction of internal phase angle of double cell 60°and reaction of double cell 90°. It also can be used for checking the electricity of AC voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase, power factor and frequency.
According to DL/T 614-1997 regulation of " Multi-function Electric Energy Meter" , the metering of the Multi-function electric energy meter should be consistent to the related requirement of standard of static and induction electric energy meters, therefore the function of MD 3000D is divided into 2 parts, one is a conventional function for checking common electric energy meters, the other is a special function for checking multi-function electric energy meters.
Conventional Functions
1 According to requirement of checking specification, the checking of shunt running, starting and basis errors is performed automatically.
2 It can be used to detect the changes induced by the influences of voltage, frequency, harmonic wave, unbalanced voltage inclination (Optional ) and external magnetric field.
3 Color scale is automatically calibrated for reducing the time of shunt running and starting tests.
4 Different constant tables and different grading tables (of the same size) can be checked at the same time.
5 Every inspected meter has a special error indicator.
6 According to the regulated requirement, it can be used to automatically calculate the waiting times of starting test and shunt running test.
7 For automatically switching over of measuring ranges.
8 For automatically data revision, printing out statements with regulated form.
9 Support: bar code input user system, setting of upper and lower limit of errors, setting of management of various inspection schemes, plan of periodic checking.
10 For concentrative tilting the photoelectric sampler.
11 It can be used for measuring the parameters of voltage, current, power, power factors, phase and frequency.
12 For real-time display of pharos graph.
13 For display of wave-form graph of in-phase voltage, current.
14 For setting and measuring 2~12 harmonic wave and measuring the distortion level.
15 For detecting the stability power in each phase and the total power.
16 For measuring the symmetric degrees of three-phase voltage and current and the maximum error between the three phases.
17 It has a standard electric energy impulse output, automatically setting of impulse constant and a hand setting.
18 MD311 standard meter can be used to inspect the integral and standard errors of other 3 phase electric energy meter inspection Units.
19 It operates with computer and software platform of multi-function electric energy-meter inspecting unit from Nimitz Aircraft Carrier.
