Laminated glass is a burgeoning new variety of Advanced glass. It's composed by 2(or more) pieces of glass and 1(or more) piece of interlayer between them. (as the picture below)

while hit and broken, the fragments of Laminated glass adhere to the interlayer, and hardly any fragments will burst off. so the harming is minimized. Safety is the most prominent advantage of Laminated glass. (comparison while broken as pictures below)

There are several Categories of Laminated glass. PVB and EVA are used most in architecture industry and decorating among them. PVB Laminated glass has a bit higher intensity and transparency than EVA Laminated glass, but the investment and producing cost are several times more than EVA Laminated glass. while the performance of EVA Laminated glass is enough for architectural and decorative use. Therefore, EVA Laminated glass is developing rapidly these years, both for Architectural and decorative use.(as pictures below)

Introduction to this product

this product-Fangding glass laminating machine(FD-J-5-4) is mainly used to Produce EVA/TPU laminated glass with. the core of this machine is vacuumizing and heating. while heating, the EVA/TPU interlayer becomes semi-flowing status and react to adhere to the glass, and the air is sucked out by the vacuumizing system. so after laminating, two pieces(or more) of glass have been combined together.

Fangding glass laminating machine(FD-J-5-4) is efficient to produce all kinds of EVA/TPU Laminated glass, such as flat Laminated glass, Tempered laminated glass, switchable(PDLC) Laminated glass, LED Laminated glass, bulletproof Laminated glass, laminated PMMA, decorative Laminated glass, Etc. Even Bent laminated glass can be produced through the same process, which is Much easier than with autoclaves.
