APPLICATION
Clean well the mould(Use mould cleaner to clean the mould while produced soles with100 around).
Mix with normal water before using.
Mould temperature: 40-60degree.
Spray using nozzle gun diam 0.3 mm.
Tank pressure 0.8 -1 bar.
Air pressure 2.5 bar.
Spray the release agent evenly into the mould.
after spraying the release agent dry it with air,and clean by cotton.

 

PACKING Plastic cans of 25KG.

STORAGE
Keep in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
Shelf life 6 months.
Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 degree)

SOLVE WAY for PEEL off PROBLEM:

1\ Washed mould;

2\ Keep mould temperature about 50~55degree,;

3\ Spray release agent with 0.3mm in atomization with low air pressure, spray air in high pressure to mould to clean water,must cleaned water before pouring materials;

4\ Regard to damaged soles in above pictures,our opinion is:

A,First check free foam's density;

B,Sole's density should equal or higher than 2.1times of free foam's density.

how to check the soles density:

for example:If PU soles density on 0.4,then the free foam's density 0.42.1=0.19, please adjust catalyst,water and hardener for get free foam's density.
