MFLD  Electromagnetic Flowmeter operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction law of Faraday, whose sensor consists of measuring tube, electrode, induction winding, iron core and yoke. It is mainly used to measure the volume flow of the conductive liquid and slurry in a close tube, such as the acid, alkali, salt and other liquid which is high corrosive.  These series are widely used in industries, oil, chemical, power supply, textile, food, paper making, environmental protection, water conservancy construction etc.
1.  Application                                                                             LDE electronic magnetic flowmeter is mainly used in oil, chemical, metallurgy and other industry fields. And it can measure the fluid which conductivity is equal or greater than 5us/cm. There is no moving parts or loss of pressure in the close tube and the measurement will not be affected by the density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity of the medium. Multiple choices are available for the lining of converter and the material of electrode. Adopt a novel way of excitation, low power consumption, stable zero point and high accuracy. This product is applicable to industries like oil, chemical, power supply, textile, food, paper making, environmental protection, water conservancy construction, especially in the fields of Sewage treatment.

3. Product features:
1. Measurement will not be affected by the density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity of the fluid.
2. There is no obstacle or loss of pressure in the measuring tube, low requirements for straight tube.
3. The range of caliber is DN15~DN3000, multiple choices are available for the lining of converter and the material of electrode.
4. Adopt a novel way of excitation, low power consumption, stable zero point and high accuracy. The measurement ratio could be up to 1500:1
5. Sensor and transmitter can be made up into two forms of flowmeter: compact-type and remote-type;
6. A16-bit high-performance microprocessor is adopted into the transmitter, it has a 2*16 LCD display, the parameters are easy to set up and the program is reliable;
7. The measuring system is bidirectional and with three integrators inside: positive total, reverse total and difference value total. The positive total and reverse total are both displayable. It also has multiple ways of output: electric current, pulse; digital communication, HART.
