 I. Application

Applied for Slip-ring Motor overload smoothly soft start are which three phase current 380V,660V,3KV,6KV,12KV, power rating 45~10000KW.

II Working principle

The controlled of wound-rotor asynchronous motor rotor loop in series with the three-phase star connection liquid resistance, fluid resistance with starting motor and automatic input, resistance will be stepless reduced within predetermined time, close to zero automatic excision, thus motor access rated current and maximum torque circumstances no impact on the smooth start-up.

III. Main features:

• The Soft Starter for Slip-ring Motor body and water tank adopts full-closed structure, which can avoid too fast evaporation of the electrolyte, prolong the life span of starter, reduce the maintain frequency.
• Especially suitable for places where the annual rainfall amount is less than 200 mm
• Soft Starter for Slip-ring Motor is equipped with circulator, special natural circulation cooling system can make the heat from the water tank emit quickly
• Especially suitable for continuous start in a certain time.
