The market have high demand on the insulation material increasingly in recent years ,there appeared a lot of various kinds of products on the market, but the quality can't guarantee, with poor insulation, easy deformation, no fireproofing  and fall off when paste on the wall, some even make the customer take certain loss. 

Accordingly, our company invested 50 million RMB to start development the fireproofing, heat preservation and new material with good efficient on the wall. After repeated testing, research and practice, our company developed a variety of high degree of automation production equipment with unique recipe of fireproofing insulation board in 2012.

The features of our production line are better than other equipment on the market is having high degree of automation, save labor. Each shift only need 5 operators, daily output up to 300 cubic meters, needs short time. It is only take 10 minutes since the material put in. Stable product quality, low energy consumption, save repair costs.

It all using PLC automatic control from material to finished products, saving manpower, entire production is only 3-5 peoples can accomplish, bid farewell to the many workshops. This set of automatic production line with high product quality, high production efficiency, save electric energy and no pollution etc.

2.High production efficiency, stable performance. From raw materials to finished just need 18 minutes. 25 cubic meters/hour, daily output of about 200 cubic meters (8 hours per day).

3.Non-pollution. The production process does not produce waste gas, waste residue, and waste water.

4.Products can be customized. Products can be customized. Product specifications can be set according to customers' needs; in addition, it also can produce the perlite board, fire door core board, fireproof isolation belt.
