   Simple using environment,there is a client PC at each service window.

All PC are in the same local area network.Client software can be install in each PC.Extra USB port is need,and evaluation device is connected to PC directly by USB and get stable power from the PC.Employee login software to identify the staff ID.Customer can evaluate the service quality after staff press the PC hot keys and make a warning voice.Data is transmitted to the server, processing and analysis.

WORK PROCESS
when a customer came to the counter, staff will press the computer hot keys to meet customers.Then evaluation device radio "welcome", staff triggers hot keys after complete of the relevant business , the evaluation device would say "please evaluate my service" to remind the customer to evaluate.customers press the button on the terminal device to evaluate staff service according to their own service experience, after the completion of the assessment, device will say "thank you". Data transmission process: data transmit from terminal to the client software, transmit to the server through local area network ; Server record and deal with data, you can set up working state of the evaluation using system management software and query evaluation data using system management software.
