Features:
Independently developed by Jereh, Apollo 4500 turbine frac pumper is powered by a 5600hp turbine engine and a JR5000 super frac pump, which realizes outstanding performance results with smaller footprint, lighter weight. Unlike its diesel counterpart, turbine-driven frac pump doubles the output power, achieving greater unit power.
? World first frac pumper with installation power up to 5600hp
? 37.1 tons (incl. fuel and water) in weight, 10.5m in length
? Chassis with shorter wheel base for better mobility in the mountain area
? More fuels applicable (diesel, NG, wellhead gas, bio-oil etc.) achieving max. 82% fuel cost savings*1? Quick start-up at low temperature without preheating
? Turbine engine with 30 years' service life and long maintenance cycle
? EPA Tier 4 emission standard*2? Adopting noise reduction technology to keep it under 95dB(A)
*1 Wellhead gas at the price of ¥1/m3, and compared with the fuel cost of diesel engine, that of gas turbine engine will be reduced by 82%.
*2 Under the condition of gas consumption.
