1. Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.

2. Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. Whole grids with floor filter. Full ramps.

3. Door: 3 pcs of front doors with aluminum frame. Size: 3000(w) x 2750(h). 1 pc of emergency door.

4. Air Circulation System: 1x7.5kw direct drive intake fan motor, 1x5.5kw direct drive exhaust fan. High quality Air drive damper which is more stable, efficient and durable. (BELIMO 20N electric damper for Option).

5. Water Based Paint Drying System: 60 units ceiling nozzles with 3 sets of centrifugal fans. Air flow is 15000 m3/h.

6. Burner: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260000Kcal/h. The heating time 4-5min(20-60. C). Max temperature 
at 80. C. Fuel consumption is 4-5kg/vehicle.

7. Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.

8. Lighting System: Ceiling light has 32 pcs of 36w lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 36w lamps. 900 Lux.

9. Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.

10.Control System: Touch screen control, the system is composed of PLC, Converter,air pressure transducer and Snyder electronic components. Automation Intelligent control which can save 25% energy than normal system.   

11.Pollution Control System: Special configure with M pattern Active Carbon pocket Filter System.
