Welded wire mesh machine is the specialized equipment for wire mesh fence. This machine welds the line wires and cross wires of the steel to be solid mesh in the principle of multi-electrode resistance welding. It consists of welded equipment, line and cross wires feeding device, mesh stepping system, mesh laying and convey device, pneumatic system, electrical control system and cooling system. The material can be rolled ribbed steel wire, cold or hot rolled round steel wire.

Its welding system is made up of the rack, welding transformer, pressurized cylinder, upper electrode combination, lower electrode combination, cross wire magnetic locator, lift mesh unit, line wire bracket combination, pneumatic system, water cooling system and others spare parts. 

Main parts description:

1. Can weld round wire, hot ribbed bar and cold ribbed bar

2. Wire decoiled by spooler, can prevent from randem.

3. Two sets of high efficiency line wire straightening system ensure the wire straightness.

4. Cross wire fed from pre-cut.

5. Welding electrode is circuit design, reduce the shunt, improve the quality of welding; special high speed welding cylinder is stable and reliable, welding pressure is endless adjusted to weld wire of different wire diameter.

6. Mesh pulling system(mesh opening sizing) is international advanced servo driven type, the servo motor and controller are from famous Japanese brand, cross wire space can be adjusted stepless and accurate.

7. The full production line controls by PLC, and all the parameter can be set and remend on the IPC displayed on the LCD.

8. Full-auto mesh output and mesh turning system and convenient for transport, mesh turning movement ≤5S (closable)

9. The machine is equipped with multiple safety self protection function: circulating cooling water water pressure or flow control, pneumatic pressure monitoring system, each working position monitor, power system overload monitoring, emergency stop switch, safety fence, etc.
