How to choice a good mould maker and how tell it??? 
Here's my suggestion how to choice good mould: 

1. The steel selection

Considering to prolong the mould life and in order to meet the tableware mold high speed injection, we normally use S136 steel for mould cavity and core. We guarantee the mould life with 10 million shots.

2. The runner and gate choose

Normally, we suggest our customer to use hot runner with one point pin point gate.

3. Good parting line design

Considering the function of the plastic table ware products, we must design the plastic tableware mould with good parting line, avoid the burrs and flash on the product surface to hurt the end used customer.

4. Accurate weight control--ODIN Mould Co .,Ltd

What's a good plastic tableware mould? A good tableware mould can help customer to get the biggest profit. If our product weight is higher than the customer's require weight, the customer will pay more money on plastic material. So a good mould should manufacture the product with lighter weight based on good strength.
