Delivery time: We ship most sample orders within 10 business days, and the bulk orders of regular shape magnets within 21 business day of payment, the magnetic assembly parts would took a little longer time. Partial shipment available for super large quantity orders.Anyway we will do everything possible to ensure you receive your magnet order in a timely fashion.

Shipping term: We offer shipping via UPS,Fedex,DHL express and sea shipping or air shipping, you could choose your shipping method and contact us about the shipping costs.

Payment term: There are many methods you could choose to pay for our products, such as PayPal, Bank transfer, open a L/C,or the alipay Escrow service.

MOQ: We do not have minimum orders for custom magnets, however pricing will be reflective of the quantity purchased due to startup and production costs.

Packing: All the QA passed magnets will be magnetized(if needed),and neatly placed into a plastic bag(vacuum packing available),then we will put it into a small white box.and 8 white boxes will be put into a Sponge foil that surrounded iron sheet to make an anti-magnetism effect ,then finally in carton. Also we can often accommodate special packing requests, but are sometimes unable to. Please kindly contact us if you have, possible additional charges may apply for the special packing requirements.

If you need a custom magnet to your exact specifications, you have come to the right place.
We can do short run, and large volume production runs.

We do not have minimum orders for custom magnets, however pricing will be reflective of the quantity purchased due to startup and production costs.

We will need all of the following information when quoting your special order magnets.
1) Exact Dimensions. We will need clear accurate drawings, which show all critical dimensions
    as well as the direction of magnetization.  Please use PDF, STEP, SLDPRT, SLDASM, SLDDRW, eDrawing, JPG, BMP or TIFF formats.
2) Magnet Grade. Please indicated the grade of magnet (N40, 42SH etc.) 

3) Magnet Type. Please indicate the type of magnet you wish quoted. (NdFeB, AlNiCo, SmCo, Ferrite)
4) What is the desired working temperature?
5) Quantity. What will be your initial requirement? What will be your monthly/yearly needs for this same product?
6) Application.  What is the basic use of the magnet in your application?  What problems are you trying to solve with the magnet?
7) Time. When do you need this by? Normal custom magnet prototyping is 1-2 weeks. Please
